cooled and captured the incandescent magma within its interior.

  • Lime cut into cubes
  • Strawberries
  • Honey
  • Mint

Top it off with Magma de Cabreiroá
Decoration: spring of mint. Glassware: mojito glass

Step by step: put the cubed lime into the glass, along with two strawberries, a teaspoon of honey, and the leaves of two sprigs of mint, and macerate it all well. Fill the glass with crushed ice, mix well with a mixing spoon, and top it off with Magma de Cabreiroá. Lastly, decorate with an aromatic sprig of mint.

  • Lime cut into cubes
  • 4 grapes
  • Brown sugar
  • Mint

Decoration: sprig of mint and grape slivers. Glass: mojito glass.

Step by step: put the cubed lime, four grapes, two teaspoons of brown sugar, and the leaves of two sprigs of mint. Macerate it well, and then fill the glass with crushed ice. Mix it well with a mixing spoon and then top it off with Magma de Cabreiroá, and finally decorate it with an aromatic sprig of mint and slivers of grape.

  • 1 lime cut into slices
  • 15 spearmint leaves

Step by step: serve the drink in a glass filled with a lot of ice and 200 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá, and add slices of lime and the spearmint leaves.
Finish the drink by decorating with a spearmint sprig.

  • 20 ml lime juice

Decoration: a quarter of a slice of lime. Glassware: Tall glass.

Step by step: serve in a glass filled with a lot of ice and 100 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá, passion fruit juice for sweetness and a tropical flavour, and lime juice for its refreshing citrus notes. Whirl the ice gently with a mixing spoon to blend the cocktail, then decorate with a quarter of a slice of lime. Finish the drink by adding flavour to the cocktail with lime essential oil.

  • 40 ml of cranberry juice

Decoration: rosemary. Glassware: Tall glass.

Step by step: serve in a glass filled with a lot of ice and 100 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá, lemon juice to give fresh, citrus notes, and cranberry juice for the strong fruits of the forest flavour. Whirl the ice gently with a mixing spoon to blend the cocktail, then decorate with a sprig of rosemary which will liven up the drink with a Mediterranean aroma.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá (cold infused with red tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of rose syrup

Decoration: orange peel. Glassware: tall glass.

Step by step: serve in a glass filled with lots of ice and 100 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá. Put in a bag of red tea and let it sit for one minute, then take it out and add a tablespoon of rose syrup. Whirl the ice gently with a mixing spoon to blend the cocktail. Decorate by putting orange peel into the drink.

  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml of lime juice
  • 20 ml alcohol-free blackberry liqueur

Step by step: serve in a glass filled with a lot of ice and 100 ml of Magma de Cabreiroá, equal amounts of lemon and lime juice, and then the alcohol-free blackberry liqueur for balance. Step by step: put 15 juniper berries into the glass with a tablespoon of lime juice, and mash well to crush the berries. Fill the glass up with crushed ice, mix well with a mixing spoon, and top it off with Magma de Cabreiroá. Add cucumber slices to bring fresh, intense aromas.
